Board of Directors

Women Business Enterprises Canada Council (WBE Canada) is governed by the Board of Directors consisting of select representatives of Corporate Member organizations. Any full-time employee can apply. Board seats are limited to one per Member organization. Selection process is overseen by the Board's Nomination Committee.

The WBE Canada Board of Directors provides oversight and strategic guidance to the organization.

The WBE Canada Board meets on a quarterly basis. In-person meetings are in Toronto. A conference line is set up for each meeting for those who are unable to attend in-person.
